Much Better than New Version

The new version of this, the M820 does not have a remote, all functions are on "Quick Touch Border" which is a pain to use. Try the new one and you will see what I mean. Read more

Awful tech support

The frame worked fine once I got an AC adapter that worked. It took 28 days for Kodak to replace my faulty power supply. Their tech support was difficult to understand, and they did not seem knowledgeable about their own products. The frame was supposed to be a Mother's Day gift, but it didn't work until Father's Day. As I said, the frame works fine now. The pictures are pretty clear, and it was really easy to load files onto the frame. I'm sure that there are digital... Read more

Quick review of Kodak SV-811 Digital Picture Frame 128 MB

I received this picture frame as a gift and really enjoy it. I had no problems with it right out of the box. I could use my current flashdrive with my pictures folders on it and didn't have to use Kodak's software for the photos to work on the frame. Read more
