I have had my Nuvi 200W for 8 months now and I am very satisfied, especially considering the low price I paid for it. As another user said I have had one or two minor snags with address accuracy, but on the whole the accuracy is very good. This applies inboth urban and rural settings. I bought my 70-something dad a GPS for Christmas last year. It was a Garmin i-series, which is apparently discontinued. That model was not pre-loaded, and would only hold maps for PA, MD, OH, WV & parts of NY. So I returned that one and got the Nuvi 200W. What a difference!
