HTC P3470

The HTC P3470 is a PDA, mobile phone, GPS navigator, media player, and camera in one device that was released in March 2008. It measures approximately 2.30 x 4.25 x 0.62 inches (W x H x D) and weighs approximately 4.30 ounces. It is powered by a 201-MHz TI OMAP850 processor and has 128 megabytes of DDR SDRAM. It runs on Microsoft’s Windows Mobile 6 Professional with Pocket Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and PDF viewer).

The PDA can be controlled using the included stylus and the 4-way navigation wheel with an enter button.

Display

The P3470 features a 2.8-inch TFT touch-sensitive LCD screen with a QVGA (320 x 240 pixels) resolution and supports up to 65 thousand colors. The touchscreen is equipped with handwriting recognition functions.

Memory

The HTC P3470 comes with an internal memory of 256 megabytes. It also has a microSD expansion slot.

Battery

The device is powered by a 1100-mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery that can last up to 7 hours of talk time and up to 240 hours of standby time.

Mobile Phone

 The HTC P3470 also functions as a quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE mobile phone.

Media Player

The P3470 supports playback of AAC and MP3 files. It outputs audio through the built-in stereo speakers. The device also has an integrated microphone for voice recording.

Camera

The PDA features a 2-megapixel camera that shoots at a maximum resolution of UGA (1600x1200 pixels).

Connectivity

The P3470 connects to other devices through Bluetooth 2.0 with A2DP.
