The Wave Keyboard is an ergonomic keyboard from Logitech that is Windows Vista certified and is also compatible with Macs. The keyboard comes with the Logitech SetPoint software for configuring the programmable F keys. The Logitech Wave Keyboard also features audio cable management. The keyboard has a channel on the bottom through which you can rout your headset’s cables.
Unlike full ergonomic keyboards, the Logitech Wave does not have a split key design. The ergonomic keyboard features a constant curve and waved design, which places the keys closer to the user’s fingers, for increased comfort. According to Logitech, the design is meant to eliminate the learning curve of full split-type ergonomic keyboards while providing better hand positions than regular straight keyboard layouts. It also has a padded and curved palm rest.
The Logitech Wave Keyboard has dedicated multimedia keys which includes a volume rocker as well as buttons for launching Media Center (or Front Row on Macs), music player and photo viewer. On the left edge of the keyboard are buttons for accessing Windows Vista’s Flip 3D and Zoom features. Also included is a dedicated key for launching a Calculator application.
In addition to the dedicated keys, the Logitech Wave also has programmable F keys. The F keys have presets for launching Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, desktop search, email client, web browser, instant messaging application as well as a key for ejecting mounted drives. The keyboard includes 3 customizable keys which can be programmed using the SetPoint software.

There have been many, many, many different keyboards for personal computers over the years. Ergonomic boards, tough boards, media boards, gaming boards: boards that climb on rocks... and there have been a few that many people like, but they become discontinued and obsoleted in favor of the company's next generation products. While the wrist rest is quite comfortable, it is not a selling point to me. Someone could buy a cheap, $10 keyboard and a $5 rubber wrist rest and be arguably as comfortable. They'd also have a weapon to fend of office zombies or rabid co-editors. Media keys are a necessity for any respectable power user. I've had to pause, restart, and skip songs throughout this review and such keys prevent me from having to reach for the mouse and click a few times to do those func... Read more

As a keyboard snob, I have to preface this with a forewarning: I hate ergonomic keyboards. I find that they tweak my tendons (or don't tweak them enough) and muss with my muscle memory. They... Read more
Overall the Logitech Cordless Desktop Wave is well worth the $89.99 US price tag it carries. It has performed without any problems besides the interference with the gaming mouse being to close (which is kind of expected). It has a nice clean unique look and feel to it. The mouse does great for everyday computer usage and can be sufficient for light gaming needs. The extra one-touch buttons are a nice feature and provide quick access to many of your applications. The a... Read more
I have had the phone for over a year and a half now. The phone has poor reception (fewer bars) although sitting right next to another phone from the same network having full 5 bars. Moreover, whenever the phone changes between the Edge to GPRS network, it drops its signal to zero bars and then gets full bars gain. Poor reception as compared with the cheaper phones. Read more
This keyboard is rather big but it works really good on my computer. I bought this because my other got tore up and I thought it was unique looking. The keyboard is really nice to have it is very easy to type on and has different kinds of multi functions on it. It does not take long at all to hook up to the computer either. It feels really nice compared to other types of keyboards. It feels really nice to use the keys and is not tough to use this type of keyboard. I h... Read more

I use this keyboard everyday at work as a web developer which requires hours of typing. The shape eases the strain on my wrist and the wrist rest is very comfortable. The varying key height looks strange at first but feels great. I have no trouble transitioning from this keyboard during the day and a traditional keyboard at home. I've previously used the MS Comfort Curve but this one is much more comfortable to type on as well as the keys have a good tactile feel for ... Read more

Redice, How do you like that Logitech WAVE keyboard? Is that thing practical for gaming? I have tried it typing and it is awesome. Very comfortable. Just far as gaming I felt like it might be unconventional. Message quoted 1 times
