is the Sony ICD SX68DR9 with Dragon software complicated to set up, does the recorder and software work together easily?

Have a son 19 with aspergers and dyslexia in college. This sony recorder claims to print off the recordings. Is there a complicated set-up? Will it record and print off any and different voices? Is there something better out there with the same capabilities?

    any voice recognition software is a bit hard to use and requires tweaking, it won't work right out of the box, you'll have to play with it to get it to perform the way you want it to
